- who do we work with
Decideware is a software company.
We develop, sell and support our software solutions.
Additionally, sales partners in the US, UK and Australia sell applications in those markets.
We incorporated as a Software-as-a-Service provider in 1999 and our solutions are built for the web.
We serve clients located around the world, they’re mostly larger companies with revenues above $1b and typically, they are leaders in their respective sector.
We don’t work in any specific vertical industry; instead we target functional specialists in various sectors including retail, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, IT, banking, utilities, etc.
Those functional specialists are: Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) and Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) – and their executives with responsibility for managing supplier evaluations.
Currently, our key focus is building our presence in the Marketing arena helping major advertisers complete their agency performance evaluations.
And, we’re building our relationships with vendor managers working across other areas of indirect spend to manage supplier performance evaluation programs in categories such as IT, services, HR, property, etc.
In addition to software development and support we also provide software related services which help clients optimize their investment with Decideware.
Those services focus primarily on the customization, design and set-up phase; the implementation and project management phases and advisory services around how best to utilize the relevant capabilities of the suite of modules.
In the USA, our Sales Office is in San Francisco and our Client Support office is in Cincinnati.
The Sydney, Australia office houses the Software Development and Client Support team and our Legal & Administration functions.
